At the solstice looking back

We just passed the winter solstice. I hope you are all having a happy and healthy holiday.
I'm pretty lazy so I'll just post dome pictures from this past fall.

Monsoon Season was a bust as far as rainfall was concerned but we got a late reprieve  from the dry weather and had some impressive rainfall a month or so later. The skies are not cloudy all day but when they do cloud up it is often impressive.

 These are front porch pictures...

Botanical Garden (Biopark) -- the last roses of summer still blooming as they installed the Christmas lights.  The Japanese Garden is always a treat.

Trip to Deming and Las Cruces...Organ Mountains National Monument -- Trump and his minions want to diminish the monument.
RESIST!

Twinkle Light Parade -- Albuquerque's quirky Christmas parade. This really is a small town.
